What can I say about the new job? Well, it’s more or less what I have been doing or know how to do already, so I think i’ll be fine~ It’s smaller than I thought in terms of manpower in the library, basically just my boss, a staff, a part-time librarian, me, and two student workers~ Hopefully it’s not too busy otherwise it could get ugly when I m the reference, technical, acquisition, circulation departments all in one~

Well, today’s celebration is actually a BBQ at Staten Island in my friend’s backyard~ his B-day is actually one day b4 me, so it’s quite appropriated~ I hasn’t BBQ for a LONG time, so I actually forgot how tiring it could be, and not to mention clumsy, and hot, and bugs~ Normally I would not agree to it because I need to stay in an air conditioned environment~ but it’s fine this time cos I m in a good mood and it’s good to hang with your best friends~

Another hilarious episode of Scrubs yesterday…Zach Braff is insanely funny~ I can pretty much say Scrubs is the funniest show on TV right now, especially Will & Grace has been slipping since last season~ Don’t get me wrong, Will & Grace is still funny, but it doesn’t measure up to the previous seasons~ And Joey hasn’t show it’s potential yet, even though the character himself is still so lovable~ But Scrubs has been consistent with the funny factor, and it’s life lessons every ep actually make a lot of sense …
