Is a neighborhood good or bad? How do you measure it? For me besides the usual, I rely on 3 counters, cutie count, gadget count, fashion count, and optional pet count~ It’s not really scientific, but I do believe it make sense~ Cutie count is obviously how many cuties are there in the neighborhood, I usually count it in the subway station, so for example the first 3 stops of L train would receive a full score on this counter!! the 4,5,6 train from midtown to downtown would also got …
