I think this would be the best turnaround time for repair service~ I drop off my powerbook to the carrier on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning I got a email from Apple saying that they received it in Texas, then that night it’s ready to ship back to me, and yesterday morning, I got it back!!!!!! it’s like barely a day and a half!!! I thought it was gonna take at least a week! Apple is the best!!
