Cars

Cars was better than I expected. I didn’t think I would like it as much as the other Pixar movie simply because of the fact that I don’t like driving, unlike every single human in the world, I have no interest in cars. But I want to see the movie anyway because I have confident in Pixar, plus I heard great thing about the movie. But I still went in there thinking that I might still don’t like it even if it’s a great movie – kinda like I didn’t like cowboys so no matter how good Brokeback Mountain is, I just couldn’t get into it emotionally. But Cars did draw me in, and I like it! of course the moment when I saw the Apple Car made an appearance on the racetrack I went nuts. I am a suckers for visual gags like that. and I swear I saw the birds from one of the Pixar’s short film Birds when the camera zoom passed some phonelines on the road. The parody end was funny too!!

As for my friend? I really hope I am wrong, but I am more and more convinced that he is just like most the other guys that I met before, all they want is me being their best friend, not friends that hang out once in a while, not friends that don’t really know what’s going on with them. But friends that hang out all the time and know all about them, but it’s still only a friendship, no one ever want to cross the line to romance. I hope I am wrong, cos as good and lucky to find yet another awesome best friends, I do want more than that. but if that is all I get, what can i do? I’ll accept my fate and my place in life.
