Not that I have anything against Halloween, it’s just that it never got me excited at all and I never really “get” it~ maybe because I didn’t spend my childhood here~ maybe because all I remember was during high school when stupid kids were doing what I can only called vandalism instead of anything that can be classified as fun.
Fast forward to now, I still don’t “get” it, not to mention I am getting a bit old to be excited by silly costumes. I don’t think I ever dress up in costumes for Halloween and I don’t think I ever will~ Some of my newer friends get really really excited by this day and to me it’s a bit strange. People thinking about their costumes months ahead of time, getting all kind of ideas and even make their own. I dunno, all i know is that Halloween usually falls on a weeknight and there’s no way in hell I will be staying out late, either in a bar or go to see the parade in the village. Everyone knows that I love Harry Potter and Buffy and stuff, so it’s all goth and magic and having fun on Halloween should be like a requirement, but I am just not into it. So don’t force me into doing something I don’t wanna do~ I have a dull and boring attitude on certain things and this is definitely one of them, so get use to it~
