Scrubs Scrubs Scrubs!

Even though this season the episodes ain’t as funny as I hope, I still love Scrubs very much. Tonight’s Musical episode hopefully will be so awesome that make Scrubs the funniest thing ever again.

There’s a lot of bits and pieces about Scrubs this week, here are a few interesting things:

From creator Bill Lawrence’s interview:

Apparently Bill promised everytime he needed Sarah Chalke or any other female cast member wearing something sexy, like in skimpy lingerie or just a bra, a fellow male cast member has to take off his clothes too! It’s a rule of equal amounts of male and female nudity on the show! Wow, I never knew that! So now all I wish for is for Elliot to be sexy all the time so that I can see more of J.D. or Keith shirtless~ :p

Bill is a huge fan of Buffy, so Buffy has a big influence on Scrubs. Things like each year Buffy would have a special episode that do something totally different, like Hush or Body, or Musical. Scrubs also follow that same format and has a special episode each season, be it the live sitcom episode, that Brendan Fraser episode or tonight’s musical episode. Also every once in a while Buffy would have an episode focus on a character other than Buffy, same thing in Scrubs where there’s episodes that J.D. isn’t narrating at all and the show would be in another character’s point of view.

There’s a lot more info from that interview, go ahead and read it yourself.

Then there’s this interview given by Zach Braff himself to the Advocate, a gay news magazine. I just adore him!!!

One last thing about Scrubs – Zach’s own personal blog – his newest post – The Most Awesomest Blog Ever Written – it really is awesome though~ hehe~ Now I know what would he name his robot!!! :p

Remember to tune in to tonight’s Musical episode of Scrubs!!
