Power is jealous of his siblings getting all my attention lately. With Podder got a new canalbud earphone, MacBeal got the iSkin cover for his keyboard and even a chair to match his skin tone. I know Power is feeling left out, and I really want the Apple brothers to get along, so today I got him new clothes. He seems to like it a lot and now falling asleep in it~ Totally adorable~

I know I know, the movies I want to see in March haven’t even come out yet and I am already looking at April’s. But these two movies are just too cute not to go see!

Penelope – I love these magical tales! and this one looks like it’s in the league of Big Fish, Edward Scissorhand, etc. Plus lovable cuties like Christina and Reese, not to mention Mr. Tumnus from Narnia looks dashing with human legs and modern clothes~

The Nanny Diaries – This remind me of …

Project for Public Spaces has another commentary out, this time is about the Waterfront. I have always enjoyed their commentaries every since I discovered this organization. Their Hall of Shame section selected the Worst Waterfront Cities and Destinations. In both categories, I was (un)fortunate enough to know about two of the cities and the destinations. Both of my hometown, New York and Hong Kong are selected as the worst waterfront cities out of a total of 7. It funny how both cities are actually well known …

Remember the chair that I bought back on Chinese New Year weekend? Everyone has been giving me a hard time that I can’t assemble a simple chair. Well, Ikea agreed that it was a MANUFACTURE DEFECT!! my dad bought it back and they give us the replacement parts. So shut up bitches! I am not as useless as you all think when it come to being handy – I couldn’t assemble it because of manufacture defect – not my own inability! :p

Yesterday I went to Lee hom Wang’s concert with my friends at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Conn. The concert was at 2am in the morning and you can imagine how my day turns upside down because of it. Obviously I didn’t sleep (not even a great nap on the 3 hours return bus trip b/c of sunrise) I got home 9 am this morning and just woke up. Definitely not the ideal time and way of going to a concert – even though the casino …

Two furry animal dominated the local news yesterday. One is a much welcomed absentee from the past, the other one is an atrocity that we see almost all the time in the city. I am of course talking about the beaver that was spotted in the Bronx River and the gigantic rats that were having a party in Taco-bell KFC in West 4th Street.
I am always fascinated by beaver’s ability to build dams. Human dams do more harm to the surrounding area than the benefits it provides to …

How awesome is this poster?? If you ever watch an episode of Aqua Teen Hungar Force, you know how primative the cartoon looks. But here all 3 characters and their neighbor looks. well epic! If the entire movie is done like this in 3-D – Yes I am totally looking forward to the opening of the movie in April! Well actually there’s another reason I am looking forward to this movie – just to see how the silly people of Boston will react this time~ LOL

I am sure by now everyone has heard of Daniel Radcliffe’s naked play Equus and probably seen the half naked hairy promo pics. The play involve horses and in my mind, I always thought okay, I doubt they will put a real horse on stage, so what are they going to do? wooden horse like in Troy? Since no one I know is in England, so no one know what exactly will the horse look like…until now. SO we know it’s a person with a horse head! that …

This Presidents’ Day weekend happened to be Chinese New Year, so I went home to my parents and it was pretty nice. A little doze of family time is pleasant when you are living away from them. Anyway, the big activity was well, shopping! I got this new chair to match the style of my iMac! It just look so awesome!! Unfortunately it’s back to the box it was from because I am not cut out to be a handyman, I just can’t put the wheels …

I never step foot into the City College Library but as a fellow librarian and a CUNY graduate, this piece of news is outrageous:

“Six electric transformers are to be installed on the first floor of the Morris R. Cohen Library, located within the North Academic Center, according to The Campus, the student newspaper at CCNY…..the power plant facility will occupy 16,700 square feet of the 20,722 square-foot floor of the five-story library…….200,000 books and reference materials may be tossed out due to high costs of relocation….”
It pains me to see …
