Every since I had that weird dream about a Japanese restaurant in a park, I have been trying to figure out the name of that type of Japanese cuisine. I know it’s chinese name, but I don’t know it’s Japanese or English name. (I did kind of figure it out back in April when I was in D.C., but of course when I got back here I immediately forgotten the whole thing~) Finally I found out the name is Hibachi but more appropriately Teppanyaki.
