Last.fm’s chart is fun, but people create some even more intriguing stuff with the data. Here’s one that measures the mainstream-ness of your music taste. Of course the measurement is based on Last.fm, so you will expect the younger hipper music is more “mainstream”, and English songs are predominated. For me the more obscure my taste is the better because I want to be unique and be the first to discover awesome music that no one else heard of yet, and then 1 years later everyone listen …

You all know how I am in love with maps right? So here is a fun one I found – a map of Manhattan, in a form of collage of nations! The maker labeled it the Global Island, he claims that the position of the nations are relative to where each country’s resident lives. He uses the 2000 US Census data to make the map. I highly doubt some of his “result” because seriously, most of the nations are way off from the infamous ethnic “towns” with …

It took on a cartoonish look that I didn’t expect but the coloring and the style is just so energetic that I quickly go along with it wholeheartedly. Within days I got it finished and move on to my next theme. Yes, there’s a total of 4 …

I never got into any reality shows. Big shows like American Idol, Survivor, etc I only watched the first season and never go back again. Even the highly recommended ones like Amazing Grace I never got into at all. But here’s one reality show that I picked up and kinda like it. It’s On The Lot, the reality show to vote off filmmakers until the last one standing that will get a one million dollars development deal with Dreamworks. Each week they have to …

I have never been to Florida, which is odd since most people who travels would probably been to Orlando for the theme parks or Miami for the beaches. My biggest reason for “avoiding” Florida is probably because of my love for AC and that I will probably melt if I stay under sunny sky of 80-90 degress every single day. That and I pretty much outgrown Disney World and I have no love for beach of theme park rides. There just isn’t any reason for me to …

The latest company that ends up in Google’s shopping bag is – FeedBurner! Not sure how it will affect bloggers like us who uses FeedBurner for the RSS feeds. You think they will integrate FeedBurner with Google Analytics or maybe become a standard part for Blogger? Possibility is endless since acquired by Google usually means swimming with tons of cash~ Integration with other Google products that I have already been using is totally welcome, one single log-in is better than having 5 different ones~
