While Kelly Clarkson’s last album Breakaway is my most played album of all time and on my list of top albums, her latest My December fell short of achieving the same status in my iPod. While many singers trying to distance themselves from the label Pop by diving into R&B, Punk Rock etc. Kelly was pretty comfortable of being in the pop category and her last album really was an awesome pop album, not so much with this new one. I went to KT Tunstall’s concert with Scotty last night. It was held at the recently opened venue Highline Ballroom. I have only been to a handful of concerts so my only comparison is to the Webster Hall and Lincoln Center. Anyway, Compare to the maze of staircases and hallways of Webster Hall, Highline Ballroom is a lot smaller and intimate. You are much closer to the stage even if you come late.
