From an email I got the news that another librarian back at my old job has passed away. It comes as a surprise since he wasn’t that old compare to the others, but then again, cancer takes life no matter what age you are. The worst thing about this is once again it happened a week or two after I had a chance to visit during my break but didn’t. Just like two years ago when Eileen passed away. I could have gone back to the library for a visit …

Children Fantasy books are the latest gold-mine for Hollywood, now that HP5 has arrived, there are a couple movies are coming soon, it’s time to pick up the original books in preparation of them:
Golden Compass: I mentioned it at least a couple time, so I am not gonna repeat again. Apple seems to have a newer trailer up though~ It’s gonna be awesome this Christmas!
The Dark is Rising: I never heard of this book, but the trailer that got attached to HP5 seems intriguing, not to mention The Doctor …
