My top albums
When I was having dinner with John and his friends last week, for a brief moment I was zoning out while he and his friends were discussing music. By the time I come back to earth, I think they are discussing 5 albums they would carry around or something. I kept my mouth shut because this discussion involves making a list! Librarians love to make list, love to organize things in order. I am of course not immune from this disorder. We don’t make list lightly. IT’s a serious business. The proper way to make a list is to consult other resources at hand. In my case, my plan of action includes consulting my play statistic on iTunes via the iTunes Statistician plus my play history in Last.fm. In addition, I have to sample through some old writing concerning my favorite songs and albums as well as look at my entire collection to determine my favorites, past and current. All of these actions are necessary because played the most might not be your favorite, same as what you enjoyed very much in the past, you might not enjoy it now. All of these issues are factored in. After much consideration, here my Top 10 iPod Age album list (English) and 10 runner-up: (excluding soundtracks, musicals and compilations)
