Last night I had a dream that makes me drooling all over cos it’s a dream about food:
I was somehow in Hong Kong, in a basement food court area of a Sogo-alike department store. Me and my friend Kevin was looking at all the different food that were offered. In the last counter, they are offering swallow’s nest on abalone (bao yu), you can choose different style of cooking and sauce. My friend introduced me the next YouTube hit this weekend – a crazed Britney fan crying out telling the public to leave Britney alone after her not so good VMA performance. Funny mane behind Robot Chicken and the Buffy and Austin Powers fame Seth Green did a parody video on YouTube. It’s freaking hilarious! Of course you have to be familiar with the original Britney fan Chris Crocker’s video first. Just watch both of them, it’s awesome!

Apple, New York »
Now that the third New York Apple Store in Meat Packing District is officially under construction, rumor has it that Apple is looking for the first Brooklyn location!! With candidates includes Red Hook, Smith Street, Dumbo, Downtown Brooklyn, and Williamsburg. Here’s my take: Apple seems to choose location by the following criteria:1) Hip and trendy area – like Soho and Meat Packing District2) Touristy shopping area with lots of foot traffic – 5th Ave3) Stores are big compared to the Apple Stores in the mall around the country.
