Mystery solved

3 November 2007 296 views No Comment

Mac people would probably be familiar with the icon of the basic text editor in OSX – TextEdit. The icon is pretty much a paper with a pen, but you can see there’s writing on the paper, you just can’t make out what they are. I always suspected that it was a letter judging from the format and the position of those tiny black words that no one can read. Anyway, the new coverflow view in Finder of OSX 10.5 finally solved the mystery. The lovely letter was actually taken from the Think Different ad campaign back in the days. I really like this letter on a personal level and it really show Apple’s unique philosophy among the other tech companies.
