I rarely write in Chinese because for someone who don’t really type often, it is extremely difficult. But I underestimate how difficult it really is. I was planning to use Chinese for all the albums, but after taking about 5 hours just finishing Miriam’s album review – you can imagine my horror and have to change my plan to not write in Chinese! A Japanese restaurant that only serve pig feet?? in New York? yup, there is one, and it’s Hakata Tonton. Given the fact that I had such a great experience with other concept restaurants – chicken (Yakitori Totto and Torys), beef (Gyu-kaku) – I was so very excited and have high hope on this one. I dragged Scott to try and I love him to be so brave and all game to try out something so weird with me. Anyway, what’s the verdict? It exceeds my expectation.

Finally have a chance to try out another awesome looking Williamsburg restaurant – My Moon. The name obviously make me think of Feist’s hit song My Moon My Man – which played in my head the whole time I was there. Anyway, this Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant is located in a boiler room of a former factory. The transformation is stunning. I met an older gentleman – who i believe is an incarnation of the Doctor (you know! the Doctor! from Doctor Who!) I think I might have watch a little bit too much of DVD this holidays, cos I was dreaming of DVD special features! You know those “Making of” documentaries? Yeah I dreamt of one for a TV movie! This TV movie was directed by a female director. In the documentary she was describing her creation – this were-rabbit alien creature. Her exact description: 40% rabbit, 40% alien, 20% human! I woke up dead early this morning – 9:26am to be exact! (that’s early for me after 10 days of vacation!!!) I woke up this early for one purpose only – I heard there’s a big sale going on in Uniqlo today started at 9am. I was of course planning to go to pick up $15 cashmere!!
