Is it come kind of rite of passage for big scary monsters to come to New York? If they don’t come to New York, would they be teased back in monsterland? Anyway, As you all know Cloverfield is about yet another big scary monster come to destroy New York. Overall I was entertained. I didn’t get motion sickness by the shaky film and what’s on screen doesn’t look too low-budgeted. I have my shares of complain about this movie though, here are a few:
1) Some of …

Another night another dream of zombies! I dunno why every once in a while I dream of them! It’s not like I find them cute and adorable! I don’t even like watching zombie movies! When I heard about Heath Ledger’s death, two things come to my mind. First, how young he was. I thought he’s at least thirtysomething since he’s in the movie business for quite some time, who knew he was 28, my age! I stared at the R.I.P. headlines – 1979-2008, those numbers just give me chills.
Secondly, how the news media turned this into a circus show. We can already seen this from the primary caucuses and now we see more evidence of it that the news media no longer …

Not to mention the click wheel of the iPod Classic is a bit more stiff compared to my old iPod. It just doesn’t feel natural and easy as it used to be. Then there’s the new and “improved” interface with a split screen where the album art is flowing when you are navigating the menu – it’s true that it …

Early this morning I was at the doctor’s office. The TV was showing Food Network. The chef on the show was David Lieberman. I thought he is totally hot! I wasn’t sure was it because 1) I was hungry and haven’t eat anything yet; 2) He was making something totally delicious 3) My mind was on restaurant week. All of the sudden I want to talk about chefs that are hot! Cute guy who can cook awesome food! that is a dreamy fantasy! I don’t …

Ever since I found out about the sales that is going on in CompUSA because of its closing, I have been checking their location in midtown near I work almost everyday. There’s one thing I wanted to pick up. A gadget that I haven’t upgrade for the longest time – my camera! I got my Sony Cybershot T33 back in Jan. of 2005, so it’s now extremely old! I have been eyeing the new T200 touch screen 8.1 megapixel 5X zoom camera for a while, so when …
