I stayed home this entire weekend because I was trying to save money. I calculated that I spend an average of 60 dollars if I hang out on a weekend, so by staying in, 60 bucks saved. My friend recently renovated his tint apartment and it looks totally refreshing. It’s amazing how a fresh coat of paint and some rearrangement can do to the space. After hearing the news about every standalone Starbucks (7,100 of them!) will be closed for 3 hours from 5:30-8:30pm on 2/26/08 for a supposedly “training session.” I can’t help but thinking what will the training about? and did all the McDonald closed for training before? what about Dunkin’ Donuts? It’s V-day again. But more importantly, it’s also the 3 years anniversary of my powerbook. It’s actually kinda sad because it’s the end of the Applecare so from now on, if he breaks, I’ll have to pay to fix him. He’s still in a pretty good condition, and tonight I’ll give him a nice “wash” to make him all pretty and clean.

Finally have a chance to watch Resident Evil: Extinction. I have always found the Resident Evil series to be entertaining and usually a good B movie, this last of the series is no exception. (they will probably make a fourth eventually, but until then~) It’s a refreshing take to the genre because this time most of the film take places in board daylight, in the dessert – you know, a setting more appropriated for the mummy!
