My likes and dislikes come in cycles. To curb my potential spending in the way-too-easy-to-purchase-something App Store on the iPhone. I have been following some rules for myself regarding purchasing in the App Store. I just want to write it down here so that it’s “set in stone” and be even more permanent.
1) I can spend no more than 10 dollars per month at the App Store.
2) If the price of the app is over 10 dollars, then next month’s 10 dollars allotment will be used as well – no purchasing entirely for next month.

Summer movies are all exciting and fun, but my August, I dunno about you, I am all tired of all the big actions and special effects. I was craving for dramas and indie flicks, so the last few weeks either in the theater or at home, I watched a few “smaller” foreign movies. (I wasn’t sure which studios are behind these movies, but all the locations and at least most of the talents in front of the screens are foreign.)

My family has a surprise for me. They drove me to this empty lot right at the end of a snowy slope.
