Dying shows

13 November 2008 859 views 3 Comments

It’s gonna happen sooner or later, a show that I like get the axe! This season the network suits are already “nice” enough not to make decision immediately after the rating comes in the first week or so~ Nevertheless, rumor has it that the shows on the chopping block are Pushing Daisies and Lipstick Jungle!! Two shows that I like, both has a leading man that I ran into on the street in the past!! The idea of not seeing cutie Lee Pace and hottie Robert Buckley on TV is quite disappointing! Not to mention as you know, Lipstick Jungle is filming on my block~ It would be sad not to have the excitement of wondering which actor will show up on my street every time the crews are here!  There’s no official words yet, so I am crossing my finger hoping for the best~

3/30/09 Update: Lipstick Jungle is officially dead~

When will the networks learn that if they keep on canceling shows before they have a chance to grow, no one will invest their time to watch the new shows! Didn’t they see how the Office or Grey’s Anatomy wasn’t an instant hit in their first season at all?

I see that news about Worst Enemy too, but I didn’t know much about that show~
