Planning on Black Friday

22 November 2008 747 views No Comment

There is only one day in an entire year that Apple products go on sale – that is the Friday after Thanksgiving! Since it’s coming up in a week, therefore I am planning what should I do on that day.  First of all there isn’t any major products from Apple that I have in sight, so for now I will be focusing on accessories again.  My number one target is still their new in-ear headphone with remote.  However, a quick look at their online store it is still listed as “coming soon” even though Steve Jobs said it will be available in October.  My second option is their aluminum wireless keyboard.  Granted I still have their old white wireless keyboard, but the aluminum one is so much more compact and light weight that is such a good fit with me while I am lazy in bed and can’t even lift my heavy white wireless keyboard!  My third choice is the airport extreme/time capsule.  I have been wanting to upgrade my network to N standard, together with my old airport express, I will be able to create a dual-band network.

The major factor is that it all come down to price.  My trip to LA is coming up the week after, I seriously don’t have any money left because of it, so I can pretty much say that the third choice is DOA.  The first two choices however, depends on the availability (Apple please ship the new in-ear headphone now!!) and the final price tag, it might be within reach for me. After all, I will always need headphones given my rate of worn out headphones~
