Remember how I was complaining about Court Square Station? well, turns out it is true that the closing of staircases are all part of the plan to construct a direct transfer between the G and the 7 line.  According to the poster, there will be two escalators, a staircase and an elevator plus a street level connecting staircase all in the package as the final product.  Sure in the mean time it’s inconvenient, but given the benefit of the end result, all I can say is oh well~ My only question is, when will it be done?? There was no mentioning of time frame, but given the track record of MTA, my guess is probably two years or more!
