I have finally done it! make a “window” in my windowless room!

My last attempt to do a wall sticker was about a year or two ago, it was a failure because I was cheap and get the wall sticker from Ikea.  That come off the wall, well actually like immediately, so now it become a decoration under the glass top of my coffee table.  This time around, with the urgency to not over give my room a makeover but also a change of feng shui, I ordered the wall sticker from a much more reputable source from Blik~ You can tell that these sticker are professional grade just by how they explain the way to apply the stickers to the wall~ It definitely has more steps then just peal off the stickers and put it on the wall.  It took me an hour and a half to finish applying it on the wall.  However, the long process makes me feel that these stickers will stay on for a long while~

I wanted their designs for a long long time, there are so much to choose from! The one I chose is called A Caged Bird Dreams!  It’s quite poetic actually – a windowless bedroom with a “fake window” looking out at a bird in the cage!  Here are the pictures:
