I was having a craving for sea urchin, the delicious uni. So I search for high and low, for the best place to enjoy this delicatessen! From my research I found out that Soto in the Village has an unusual menu that is rich with uni – not only one dish, but five! Another year, another opportunity to get in line and see some places in NY that you have never been before! This year I tried some not so popular sites to avoid the lines.
