I watched the movie Closer, it’s a very powerful grown-up movie that capture the exact moment of breakup of relationships~ the movie is very raw, the acting is excellent, it’s just very powerful, and the use of Damien Rice’s music as the entire soundtrack add the sad tone it needed for the movie~ I was so excited to see his music got used cos I love his music, I have all his cds from UK~ So after the movie on my way home I put the songs that was used …

The thing I love about the Incredibles is that it’s so different than the other CG animations~ Most of them, either from Pixar itself or others, they are kinda follow the same formula, they all have this “Buddies going on adventure” storyline~ Finding Nemo – Father and Dory; Monster Inc – Mike and Sulley; Toys Story – Woody and Buzz; Ice Age – Manny, Sid and Diego; Shrek – Shrek and Donkey……so u can see the Incredibles is a break from this formula and it’s so refreshing~ plus it’s one …

Hang out with Steve tonight, it was fun~ I never saw anyone who would wear shirt and tie and dress all formally but yet wearing a leather jacket!!! under 80 degree!!!! yeah, i tried so hard to not act like when Karen Walker criticize how Grace dresses~ lol~ We saw Hero, which is a great movie….but i don’t like the story! let me explain~ the point of the story kind of justify the tyrannous regime of the King~ and it’s not right, their logic can be apply as a country …

Today I went to see Garden State with Maria~ Let me said this is one of those movie that is totally charming and make you think about your own life~ I really loved this one, I can’t believe the dorky JD from “Scrubs” (Zach Braff) can be so talented to write, direct and act all in the same time and come out with this great movie! It’s funny and yet sad, but ultimately make u feel good in the end~
