After searching for the mini-episode of Doctor Who in the recent Children in Need special, I come across another clip of the special – where Captain Jack Harkness sang Elton’s Your Song! OMG I love Captain Jack!! He’s not only handsome but he can sing too!!!!! John Barrowman’s version is so much better than Ewan McGregor’s version in Moulin Rouge! The producers of Doctor Who and Torchwood should find a way to make Captain Jack sing in the shows!! hehe~
Update: being a fan from across the pond and only …

At first I didn’t really cared about the WGA strike, I figure that it will be over before it will affect the TV shows I watch. Therefore the only thing that I was concerned with in the beginning was to see if I can spot Tina Fey from the line outside of Rockefeller Center. Now after a week or two, there’s still no end in sight, many shows don’t have enough shows in the can if the strike goes on longer. The Office is the first to …

Whoa, this update of Oz looks awesome! but at the same time it could be a disaster too – i mean it is a TV miniseries from Sci-fi after all. We’ll have to wait til December to find out.

I am always frustrated by the way many of the Sci-fi shows here treat the general public. I am not talking about us the audience, but the general public within the show, within their universe. Have you notice they are always being kept in the dark? No matter how many earth shattering events that had happened, no matter how far reaching the events in the shows were, no matter how many times the heroes of the shows save the world. The general public usually have …

I am not sure how Johnny Depp kept a straight face the whole time in this Japanese talk show. Japanese are whacky! In a way those kids are cute, but gee, if some kids glue fake mustache on them, have weapons in their hands, banging the keyboard and do some insane dance. I would probably want to keep a eight feets distance away from them!

I don’t think anyone that I know watches Doctor Who, but this week’s episode “Blink” was definitely the creepiest and one of the best episode I’ve seen for the past 3 seasons! If there’s anyone one episode I would recommended, this would be the one! It’s one of those episode where the main character was almost not in the show at all, similar to that Zeppo episode of Buffy where you see very little of Buffy or those His Story or Her Story episodes of Scrubs where you see …

My little run-in with John Krasinski prompted me to list my 5 TV geek crush. They are on TV, and somewhat geeky or have some geek quality in them. They are not the oh-so-handsome like a god like Brad Pitt or Orlando Bloom but nevertheless cute in their own way. They are the kind of guys that if you said they are your co-worker or next door neighbor I would totally believe you because they are just so down-to-earth and don’t have that larger than life star …

Watching On The Lot is frustrating. I already expressed that I like the concept of the show, and I definitely like some of the contestants (especially the cutie pie Trevor in the pic and my geek love Zach) and their work, but what a mess it has become!! They change the format of the show after two episodes, it goes from the regular Apprentice style where the camera follow the contestants as they trying to accomplish a task that they were assign to American Idol style where you …

I never got into any reality shows. Big shows like American Idol, Survivor, etc I only watched the first season and never go back again. Even the highly recommended ones like Amazing Grace I never got into at all. But here’s one reality show that I picked up and kinda like it. It’s On The Lot, the reality show to vote off filmmakers until the last one standing that will get a one million dollars development deal with Dreamworks. Each week they have to …

So my last celebrity sighting was someone that none of the people I talked to know about – Michael Pitt. All I remember was that he was in a few episodes in Dawson’s Creek playing the character Henry Parker, a love interest of Jen. That was a couple months ago in Kate’s paperie.
This time around I think at least someone will know this celebrity I just saw! I was in Kim’s video on St Marks Pl and I saw John Krasinski – Jim Halpert from the …
