One of the few complaints I have about my neighborhood and Williamsburg is that there’s very few authentic Japanese food here.  The only ones that I can think of are Bozu and Zenkichi, both in Williamsburg and are targeting the higher end customers.  I never thought the lack of choices situation will change much….until now.  I was walking around in my ‘hood and I found this place – Ichiran Ramen on Manhattan Ave and Green!
