Today Domino Sugar Factory in Williamsburg open to the public for the first time. Well, the site is open, but you can’t get inside the buildings. But still, it is a rare chance to explore this section of Williamsburg waterfront. I needed to fill out a complicated form which would require me to put in as much as 12 different references. I am luckily enough to have many friends that knows me well enough to help.
