According to the tenth Doctor David Tennant himself via an official statement, he will be leaving the role after the four specials in 2009. Everyone has their own favorite Doctor. To me, I like both the ninth Doctor and tenth Doctor, I think that Christopher Eccleston’s ninth Doctor is more confident and yet arrogant. He is also just so fun all the time. While David’s tenth Doctor is more geeky and quirky and more humane. Then again because David is a lot cuter and his fashion is just so hipster-ish (You have no idea how …

My fascination with the show Lipstick Jungle is based on two factors: 1) the show is filming every few weeks on my block since the summer. 2) Robert Buckley is smoking hot!
The writers probably knows that Robert is their main attraction for viewers, so they think of every opportunity to make him shirtless on the show! The second season so far, they have written situations such as playing basketball in a hot summer day, swap clothing night party, and of course make out scenes and the morning after scenes. I …

I think I mentioned it numerous time here that Lipstick Jungle was filming on my block and how excited I was to see Kirby in person!! Anyway, the new season is upon us and watch the free pre-air premiere on iTunes. As expected the episode already contain scenes filmed on my block. The new TV season just started but I have already pick up 4 new shows to watch:
1) Fringe – Latest from JJ Abrams. It got the same intensity with Lost but with a more X-files feel in it. The mystery of what’s going on really hook you in, but might push you out the door as easy if it drag on like Lost and X-files. It’s still intriguing and definitely worth to watch, Plus I miss Pacey…Joshua Jackson !
2) …

I always knew NBC is petty, but man, they are getting lower and lower these days. According to this article, NBC refused to let their stars Masi Oka from Heroes and Sarah Lancaster from Chuck to appear on Scrubs finale~ How petty is that?? It’s one thing if ABC steal Scrubs from NBC, then maybe they have a reason to be petty about it, but the fact is that NBC pretty much throw the show in a backalley somewhere and let it die, wouldn’t let it to have a proper …

The problem with the Journey’s End is that the resolutions of everything came just a bit convenient: Sarah Jane Smith was saved by Mickey and Jackie who happened to teleport just by her car? Okay, fine, I accepted it. The Doctor just pointed the regeneration energy to the severed hand after he healed himself so that he won’t be fully transform, fine, that’s okay too. But to have Gwen and Ianto saved by Toshiko’s completed Time Lock mechanism is just too convenient, not to mention contradicting. I …

After watching the series 4 finale of the new Doctor Who, it’s safe to say that I still would rate series 2 finale Army of Ghosts/Doomsday as the best out of all 4 finales. Series 4′s Stolen Earth/Journey’s End is a close second. Given we won’t see the next series until 2010 and all current creators of the show are stepping down after this year. I am giving an overall review of all 4 finales of the new series.
I like series 2′s Army of Ghosts/Doomsday because of its tragic love …

I think I like Doctor Who as much as Buffy/Angel now. As the 4th season of the new Doctor Who series slowly coming to an end, (Just 2 more episodes left!) I can’t help but want to talk about it.
At first it’s hard to compare DW to B/A, even though DW has 26 years of classic episodes, the new series is entirely different experience. If we only counted the new series started in 2005, DW is fairly young comparing to 7 years of Buffy. But now that …

This is by far the funniest take on the Office! My opinion is that the revival of funniness on SNL in the last few years was mainly because of these wacky digital shorts.
