On an icy Sunday, I went to the newly built N5th Street Pier on the Williamsburg waterfront.  There’s a bit of mystery surrounding this place because first of all it’s well-hidden, and it’s limited access, and it’s not well publicized despite the fact that it is a public-access pier!  It is located behind the still constructing Northern Piers condos, and it is only open for public during weekends.  as you can imagine, there’s hardly any people there, it’s pretty much just a person or two.  There isn’t much to see besides the …
